Welcome to LoanPro. By accessing or using our loan calculator and financial analysis application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

LoanPro provides the following services:

• Mortgage and personal loan calculators
• AI-powered document analysis and income verification
• Bank comparison and loan eligibility assessment
• Credit report analysis and debt settlement predictions
• Calculation history and scenario simulations

Note: Our calculations are estimates based on the information you provide and publicly available bank rates. Actual loan approvals and terms are subject to bank discretion and may vary.

As a user of LoanPro, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to access unauthorized areas or data
• Not interfere with the security or functionality of the service
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOANPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

All content, features, and functionality of LoanPro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and algorithms, are the exclusive property of LoanPro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our express written permission.

LoanPro offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: Basic loan calculations with limited features
• Premium Plan: Advanced AI analysis, unlimited calculations, priority support

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

Due to the nature of our digital service, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:

• Technical issues that prevented service usage
• Duplicate charges
• Unauthorized transactions

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse or misuse the service
• Provide false or misleading information

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

LoanPro integrates with third-party services including:

• Google Drive (for document processing)
• Stripe (for payment processing)
• AI services (for document analysis)

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on our service.

Your continued use of LoanPro after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
